Critter Joust Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
This policy applies to the no-advertising iOS and Android releases of Critter Joust, version 1.0, operated by Smalltalkie, including the no-advertising Android version distributed through Google Play testing tracks. It does not describe separate advertising-enabled development or test builds.
Game data stays on your device
Critter Joust is a single-player game that works offline. You do not need to create a game account.
The game stores settings, tutorial progress, stage completion, best boss times, mount fragments and collection progress in local files on your device. Smalltalkie does not receive these files or upload them to a game server. This release does not provide game-managed cloud sync or online multiplayer.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
The no-advertising iOS and Android 1.0 releases contain no advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not show ads, make ad requests, track activity across other companies’ apps or websites, or request access to an advertising identifier. There are no in-app purchases in this release.
The game does not ask for your name, email address or phone number to play, and does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
Support emails
If you choose to email smalltalkiesg@gmail.com, you provide your email address and any information or attachments you include. We use those details to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Sending an email is optional and is not required to play.
Your correspondence is processed by the email services used to send and receive it. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle your request and any applicable record-keeping obligations. To request deletion of a support message, contact the same email address. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
Removing your local progress
Deleting the app from your device removes its local game data. On iOS, offloading the app keeps its documents and data. On Android, you can also remove local progress by clearing the app storage in device settings. Copies retained in an operating-system backup are managed through your device and backup-service settings. There is no game account or Smalltalkie cloud save to delete.
This website and external links
When you visit this support website, its hosting provider may process basic web-request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and operate the page. We have not added analytics scripts, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, forms or remote fonts to these pages. Website requests are separate from gameplay; the game does not automatically send gameplay activity to this site.
The game’s Credits screen can open third-party music-source and license pages in your browser. Those websites apply their own privacy policies.
Audience
The intended audience is teenagers and adults. The game is not designed as a service directed specifically to children. Please do not include a child’s personal information in a support message.
Changes and questions
If a future release changes these privacy practices, we will update this policy and its effective date. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to smalltalkiesg@gmail.com.
